Registration

Children will be considered for entry into the Nursery once a registration form has been completed (please ask the Nursery Manager for a copy) and a non-refundable fee of £50.00 has been paid (cheques should be made payable to Zoom Nurseries Ltd.).This fee is used to cover administration costs.

As a parent it is essential that you find the right child care for you and your family. We would welcome you to visit Zoom to see for yourself how we could be your ideal partner. Just call us to arrange a time.

We would also strongly suggest that you visit other nurseries so that you can be confident in your choice. You can obtain a list of nurseries from your local council's Early Years Team.

Offer of a place and deposit

If a place is available, a non-refundable deposit equal to 2 weeks fees is payable once you have accepted the offer. This deposit is designed to cover Zoom if you do not take up this booked place. However this sum will be refunded, less any outstanding payments, without interest, one month after your child leaves the nursery, providing that the prerequisite one months notice has been provided.

The next step

The Nursery Manager will contact you to confirm that all correspondence has been received and to arrange a time to discuss with you the best way to settle your child into their new setting.

Once you register with us, we will provide you with a Parents Handbook which outlines in greater detail some of our policies & procedures and Terms of Business.
